1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the cina78 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform. cina78 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with its responsible gaming commitment.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. cina78 is designed, operated, and optimized for Indonesian players. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law is undertaken entirely at the individual's own risk.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking full contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on cina78 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or subsequent use.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of cina78 or its technology, game studio, and payment partners are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active cina78 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different usernames, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cina78 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian phone number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes. cina78 is not liable for any failure to deliver account communications arising from inaccurate or outdated contact details provided by the Member.

3.3 Username and Password

Upon registration, you will select a username and password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or allow your device to store your credentials in an unprotected manner. cina78 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified cina78 of unauthorized access promptly upon becoming aware of it.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

cina78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (b) the Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (c) the Member's continued use poses a risk to platform integrity or other members; or (d) applicable regulatory requirements so demand. Where an account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cina78 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, as a condition of continued platform access. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement bearing your name and Indonesian address);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing the account name and number, or equivalent for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja);
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, where requested by the cina78 compliance team.

cina78 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. Providing false, altered, or misleading documentation during the KYC process is Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

cina78 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. cina78 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. For reference, the minimum deposit via e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) begins from Rp 10.000. Bank transfer minimums may differ.

5.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits are typically credited to the Member's account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the relevant Indonesian banking institution and may take up to several business hours depending on network conditions. cina78 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, Members should contact cina78 support via live chat with proof of transaction.

5.4 Currency

All deposits are received and held in IDR. cina78 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied; the amount deposited in IDR is the amount credited to the Member's account without deduction.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A Member may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Credit; and (c) the absence of any pending investigations into the account. Funds that form part of an active Bonus Credit balance subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement are not withdrawable until those requirements are met.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the Member's name. cina78 targets the following indicative processing times, which are not guaranteed and may be affected by banking infrastructure, KYC status, or volume:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within minutes to one hour of approval.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): Typically within the same business day; occasionally up to 24 hours during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays.

cina78 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi, though processing during major national holidays may experience minor delays.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section at the time of request. cina78 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence measures, including requesting additional documentation, for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

6.4 Account Closure Withdrawals

Upon closure of a Member account for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable processing fees imposed by the relevant payment provider.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

cina78 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporate these General Bonus Terms by reference.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion page explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Credit is subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Credit and any winnings generated from it.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

cina78 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings generated from bonuses, and suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional mechanics, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

cina78 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, withdraw a promotion early, or decline to offer a promotion to any individual Member at its sole discretion. Members who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, except where the modification is required by applicable law or regulation.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cina78 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product vertical. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not permitted except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the relevant product rules (e.g., match cancellation in the sportsbook).
• cina78 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome where there is evidence of result manipulation, data error, or system malfunction.
• In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or game results and the Platform's server-side records, the server-side records shall prevail.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per product and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cina78 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to cina78 support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a vehicle for fund placement, layering, or integration;
• Colluding with other Members, cina78 staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Clause 7.3;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cina78 support agents or other Members;
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation or identity verification measures through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or false documentation;
• Transferring funds between Member accounts outside of officially supported platform features.

10 Responsible Gaming

cina78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. The following features are available to all Members via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be opened. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: Members may configure periodic reminders displaying the duration of their current session and their net win/loss position.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the cina78 Platform — including but not limited to the cina78 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of cina78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, redistribution, or public display of any Platform content; (b) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform; (c) creating derivative works based on Platform content; or (d) using the cina78 name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by cina78.

12 Privacy & Data

cina78 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where opted in. cina78 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game studio providers) under appropriate data processing agreements.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cina78's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cina78 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from a Member's reliance on information displayed on the Platform; (d) service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events; or (e) losses caused by the Member's failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cina78's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments

cina78 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Member rights or obligations, cina78 will provide reasonable notice via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect. cina78 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, applied in a manner consistent with the reasonable expectations of parties operating in the online gaming industry.

cina78 operates as an international online gaming platform serving Indonesian players. Members acknowledge that they access the Platform on their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in their jurisdiction. cina78 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is lawful, appropriate, or available in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

Any dispute between a Member and cina78 that cannot be resolved through the customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitral body under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
